Organizational Plan

Hospitality and Program Operations:

The following positions will be filled with a combination of paid and volunteer work. (See budget for projected revenue and expenses for the Center.)

Facilities Management: Managing upkeep, maintenance, cleaning, gardening and snow removal of all retreat center spaces, including all buildings, gardens and grounds.

Program Management: Planning, booking, organization, communications and marketing for a full calendar of programs throughout the year. 

State and Health Department Compliance: The Board of Trustees of The Christian Community in Hillsdale will work to maintain compliance with state, zoning and health department regulations for the center.

Food Services: event catering inclusive of retreat attendees' dietary needs and preferences. Solitary retreats will be self-catered. 

Guest Services, Reservations and Bookings: Managing reservations, check-ins, and guest needs during event stays and also accommodating individual retreats when events are not in session.
